Beautiful Curls was happy to participate as a sponsor of a recent event held at the Broad Street Ballroom in NYC, celebrating the release of the Dana Drucker-Solano’s first children’s book.Over 300 parents and children enjoyed a lively evening of dancing, face painting, dress up, and readings of the newly published Apricot Brown: Miss Undefinable. The event centered on the notion that beauty is truly “undefinable”, that it can be found everywhere and in everyone, regardless of ethnicity or cultural background. Apricot encourages children to embrace their differences, and by doing so, discover their own beauty and recognize the beauty in others.
Beautiful Curls was founded on the belief that beautiful hair, and beauty itself, comes in all forms. We applaud Dana Drucker-Solano's efforts and were thrilled to partner with her in support of her inspiring message.
